The voltage can be changed using a flat-blade screwdriver on the "V-ADJ" potentiometer. Clockwise to increase the voltage and counterclockwise to reduce the voltage.

The current can be changed using a flat-blade screwdriver on the "A-ADJ" potentiometer. Clockwise to increase the current and counterclockwise to reduce the current. The "A-ADJ" potentiometer is connected to the LED.

For charging the battery, the battery must be empty, it must be connected to the output and RV2 must be adjusted to the current required.
