The ADS1110 can be used. The compatible I2C serial interface operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. The ADS1110 can sample 15 30 60 or 240 times per second for conversion. The on-chip programmable gain amplifier PGA provides up to 8x gain and allows measurement of smaller signals with high resolution. In single-cycle conversion, the ADS1110 is Automatic power down after a conversion greatly reduces current consumption during idle periods. The ADS1110 is designed for applications that require high-resolution measurements.
