Description

The speaker can be used for electronics projects where you need to play sounds.

It can be used in conjunction with a microcontroller or development board, generating sound using PWM. Basically, musical notes are generated depending on the frequency of the rectangular signal.

If you want to use analog components for the tone generator, you can opt for the famous NE555 timer. An example of a tutorial can be seen here.
