Description and specifications

Measure the relative humidity and temperature with this module that incorporates the SHT21 sensor, a pre-calibrated precision sensor with variable resolution and low power consumption. In addition to detection capabilities, this tiny chip also has an analog-to-digital converter, OTP memory and a digital processing unit.

  • Relative Humidity Measurement:
    • 8/12 bits resistor
    • Accuracy +/- 2%
    • Response Time: 8s
  • Temperature measurement:
    • 12/14 bit resolution
    • Accuracy +/- 0.3oC
    • Response Time: 5-30s
  • Optimal power supply voltage: 3 V (minimum 2.1 V maximum 3.6 V)
  • Power consumption: max. 1.2 μW in sleep mode, max. 1 mW on measurement
