Description and specifications

The sensor can measure the temperature with an accuracy of 0.5oC and the humidity accurate to ± 4.5RH. It also integrates a processor for obtaining digital output data. Relative humidity can be measured in the range 0-100% RH. The humidity sensor is connected to a 14-bit ADC converter and a serial interface, resulting in high signal quality, fast response time and good interference resistance.
